Who we are
K-er Co., Ltd. (주식회사 케이어, a company incorporated in the Republic of Korea; website: k-er.ai; contact: food@k-er.ai) is the data controller for the processing described below.
What we do
We review publicly available business information about content creators — public profile name/handle, follower or subscriber counts, and the general nature of published content — to identify creators who may be a good fit for future business collaboration with K-er. We collect this information from public sources only (public profiles, press coverage, and official platform APIs). We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we never sell or share this information with third parties — other than service providers processing it on our instructions. Our legal basis under GDPR is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in identifying potential business partners.
International transfer
The information is processed in the Republic of Korea, which is covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision for Korea (2021) — meaning EU law recognises Korea as providing an adequate level of data protection.
Retention
We keep this information only while the collaboration review described above is active; platform-derived metrics are refreshed or deleted within 30 days in line with platform API policies, and records are deleted when a creator is no longer under review (save for a minimal do-not-recollect entry where needed).
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion, restrict or object to this processing, at any time: food@k-er.ai — we will act on your request within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
